Which short course helped you get hired? - 13 months and counting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a welding apprentice. It has been weighing on me all week. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
