Which short course helped you get hired? - 12 months and counting

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
