Which short course helped you get hired? - 10 months and counting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a school bus driver. Any experience at all would help. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
