Which short course helped you get hired? - 10 months and counting

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
