Weighing a contract offer against waiting (Wichita)

Elif Castellano · 2026-07-13T01:51:21.851Z

I got a contract offer for 13 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
