Weighing a contract offer against waiting - what worked for you?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I worked as a social media manager before this. I have 12 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
