Weighing a contract offer against waiting - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a school bus driver and I am unsure whether to accept. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I have 3 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
