I got a contract offer for 7 months as an HR coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
