Weighing a contract offer against waiting - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a hotel front-desk agent and I am unsure whether to accept. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have 6 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
