Weighing a contract offer against waiting (Toledo)

I got a contract offer for 7 months as a nurse's aide and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been weighing on me all week. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
