Weighing a contract offer against waiting, school bus driver here

Camila Grimaldi · 2026-06-16T03:51:33.510Z

I got a contract offer for 7 months as a school bus driver and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 8 weeks. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
