Weighing a contract offer against waiting, production planner here

I got a contract offer for 15 months as a production planner and I am unsure whether to accept. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have 9 months of savings left. What would you do?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
