Weighing a contract offer against waiting, janitorial supervisor here

Dara Whitfield · 2026-04-17T05:31:40.946Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
