Weighing a contract offer against waiting (Fresno)

Casey Reyes · 2026-06-03T08:27:15.753Z

I got a contract offer for 18 months as a welding apprentice and I am unsure whether to accept. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
