Weighing a contract offer against waiting - first time posting

Alex Farrow · 2026-07-22T15:43:12.363Z

I got a contract offer for 7 months as a line cook and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
