I got a contract offer for 3 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have 11 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
