Weighing a contract offer against waiting (Columbus)

Noah Hovland · 2026-06-25T21:46:14.329Z

I got a contract offer for 18 months as a call-centre agent and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
