Weighing a contract offer against waiting

Bhavna Whitfield · 2026-06-29T10:10:36.395Z

I got a contract offer for 8 months as a customer-service rep and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
