Weighing a contract offer against waiting - any advice?

I got a contract offer for 13 months as a marketing coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. I have 2 months of savings left.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
