Weighing a contract offer against waiting - any advice?

Farid Nkemelu · 2026-09-21T00:51:16.759Z

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a welding apprentice and I am unsure whether to accept. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
