Weighing a contract offer against waiting after 3 years as a janitorial supervisor

I got a contract offer for 3 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
