Weighing a contract offer against waiting after 3 years as a customer-service rep

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have 3 months of savings left.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
