Weighing a contract offer against waiting after 18 years as a delivery driver

Nadia Grimaldi · 2026-09-19T23:07:52.323Z

I got a contract offer for 18 months as a delivery driver and I am unsure whether to accept. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
