Weighing a contract offer against waiting after 14 years as a project coordinator

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I would gain recent experience.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
