Weighing a contract offer against waiting after 11 years as an event coordinator

I got a contract offer for 11 months as an event coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 11 weeks. I would gain recent experience.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
