Weighing a contract offer against waiting, accounts payable clerk here

I got a contract offer for 13 months as an accounts payable clerk and I am unsure whether to accept. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. I have 5 months of savings left.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
