Weighing a contract offer against waiting, accountant here

Sofia Halvorsen · 2026-09-22T06:04:24.714Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
