Weighing a contract offer against waiting - 3 weeks in

I got a contract offer for 4 months as a warehouse supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. I have 13 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
