Weighing a contract offer against waiting

Noah Voss · 2026-09-12T03:11:25.781Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
