Weighing a contract offer against waiting - 14 weeks in

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. It has been a long 14 weeks. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
