Weighing a contract offer against waiting - 12 months and counting

Elif Lindberg · 2026-07-05T18:05:42.960Z

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a production planner and I am unsure whether to accept. I worked as a production planner before this. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
