Weighing a contract offer against waiting - 11 months and counting

I got a contract offer for 11 months as an administrative assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 17 weeks. I would gain recent experience.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
