They asked my salary range, what should I say? - what worked for you?

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as an accounts payable clerk. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I looked up ranges in Little Rock and they vary a lot. How do you research fairly?

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.

Check several sources for pay in Little Rock, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.
