They asked my salary range, what should I say?, logistics coordinator here

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. I looked up ranges in Honolulu and they vary a lot. How do you research fairly?

Check several sources for pay in Honolulu, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.
