They asked my salary range, what should I say? - any advice?

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. It has been a long 9 weeks. I looked up ranges in Cincinnati and they vary a lot. How do you research fairly?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
