They asked my salary range, what should I say? - any advice?

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I looked up ranges in Richmond and they vary a lot.

Check several sources for pay in Richmond, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.
