They asked my salary range, what should I say? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and feel pressure to accept less. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
