They asked my salary range, what should I say? after 10 years as a pharmacy technician

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I looked up ranges in Richmond and they vary a lot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
