They asked my salary range, what should I say?

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also do not want to sell myself short.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
