Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a graphic designer and I am unsure whether to accept. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
