Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - what worked for you?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have 7 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
