Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - what worked for you?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have 11 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
