Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 10 months as a warehouse supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I have 8 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
