Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 7 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 19 weeks. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
