Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 12 months as a hotel front-desk agent and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 11 weeks. I would gain recent experience.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
