Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (update)

I got a contract offer for 9 months as a production planner and I am unsure whether to accept. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would gain recent experience. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
