Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (update)

I got a contract offer for 15 months as a bank teller and I am unsure whether to accept. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
