Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, social media manager here

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a social media manager and I am unsure whether to accept. I worked as a social media manager before this. I have 12 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
