Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Sacramento)

Sofia Thorne · 2026-06-19T04:19:02.024Z

I got a contract offer for 11 months as an administrative assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
