Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, payroll clerk here

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I worked as a payroll clerk before this. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
